Moving Forward

Progress is slow but happening. After talking with our American accountant, the American corporation board agreed to modify the By-Laws to use language that is more appropriate for IRS approval of the corporation as a tax deduction corporation. Amended  By-Laws have been sent to Texas and once approved the accountant will file with the IRS. After talking with our Mexican lawyer, she sent five versions of our corporate name to the Mexican government. All five were rejected because each had the word “faith” in it. We are in the process of selected five more names and our lawyer will send them off to the government for its approval.
