Rev. Andrea Rudolph

Reverend Andrea Rudolph was ordained as an Interfaith Minister from The New Seminary Center for Interfaith Studies in 2008 and received her Masters’ degrees in Social Work in 1992 from Boston University School of Social Work and in Public Health in 1993 from Boston University School of Public Health.

Combining spiritual and religious understanding with her professional training and work, she has developed a compassionate approach to teaching and ministry.  Specifically focusing on the power of group work and emphasizing the “holiness of wholeness”, Reverend Rudolph approaches teaching through interactive, practical exposure to spiritual practices and teachings.  Her religious and spiritual studies have primarily focused on Judaism and Buddhism as well as a wide study of the world wisdom traditions including, A Course in Miracles, yoga and nature-based spiritual expression.  A poet, musician, and artist, Reverend Rudolph explores devotion through creative expression.

Reverend Rudolph is a member of:  the Order of the Universal Interfaith, Community of the Mystic Heart, A World Alliance of Interfaith Clergy, the American Interfaith Artist’s Group, the Interfaith Temple, and the Withinsight Temple.  She is also an active member and teacher at Congregation B’nai Israel – a Reform synagogue in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA.  Reverend Rudolph has a diverse, growing ministry which includes: facilitating a monthly women’s wisdom circle, kabbalistic chanting circle, spiritual counseling, Reiki, hospice and bereavement work, rituals and services, and fostering the professional development of the Interfaith movement.
